About the role 

Join a dynamic team as a Proposal Writer and Content Manager, where you’ll transform complex jargon into clear, impactful language. This role is perfect for detail-oriented wordsmiths passionate about enhancing the customer journey and brand representation. You'll craft executive summaries and sales messaging, ensuring content aligns with company standards. Collaborate with experts using a Microsoft-based platform to boost communication and drive its adoption. Familiarise yourself with the PwC Brand style, coach others, and support writing skill development across the organisation. If you thrive in a strategic, creative environment, this opportunity offers growth and influence in content management.
 

What your days will look like

  • Bid Writer: Drive the creation of compelling proposal documents that align with brand style and clearly communicate value to clients.

  • Guide and Mentor: Lead and support the proposals copywriter and content executive, fostering growth and skill development.

  • Content Management: Oversee the proposals content platform to ensure seamless adoption and maximise efficiency.

  • Expert Collaboration: Engage with subject matter experts to enhance the quality and depth of proposal content.

  • Brand Alignment: Work with the brand team to deliver impactful brand writing training sessions.

This role is for you if

  • You have demonstrated expertise in crafting compelling proposals and managing outsourced teams.

  • You have exceptional skills in influencing stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively across all business levels.

  • You are an Innovative thinker with a proactive approach and strong commercial awareness.

  • You possess strong organisational skills for prioritising tasks under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

  • You have a proven ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships and influence change.

  • You have meticulous attention to detail and are adaptable to different styles and audiences. 

  • You possess accreditation from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), although this is not essential
