About the role 

As a Creative Design Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual narrative for high-profile marketing campaigns and dynamic media projects. You'll lead a passionate team, pushing the boundaries of creativity while establishing design standards that resonate with global audiences. What your days will look like

  • Lead and Inspire: Mentor and guide a diverse team of Creative Designers to foster innovation and elevate creative standards.

  • Client Collaboration: Engage with senior stakeholders to pitch fresh ideas and build strong client relationships.

  • Creative Production: Contribute hands-on to a variety of high-impact deliverables, from presentations to digital assets.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all work aligns with brand standards and industry best practices.

  • Proactive Problem Solver: Take ownership of client inquiries and swiftly address any challenges.

  • Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with peers across locations to share knowledge and drive creative excellence.

This role is for you if

  • You have a degree in Graphic Design or related field with a strong design portfolio demonstrating innovative work.

  • You have proven leadership experience in managing high-volume design teams and influencing positive outcomes.

  • You are an expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with additional skills in PowerPoint and familiarity with Figma and After Effects as a bonus.

  • You have strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • You possess exceptional communication and influencing abilities to engage and challenge internal clients.

  • You have a passion for graphic design, typography, motion graphics and delivering excellent client service.
