We are looking for a Retail Industry Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to help meet the market opportunity in our existing retail and consumer goods client opportunities. This person will manage a team to deliver on the full extent of the digital solution we provide to clients . The team collaborates effectively with colleagues from other disciplines to define technology objectives, assess solution options and devise architectural solutions that achieve both strategic business goals and meet operational requirements.
What your days will look like
Taking on the role of a large scale technology customer transformation delivery lead.
Coordinating cross-functional activities across business and technology teams as required for key releases into live.
Leading significant work streams on large programmes or leading small or medium sized programmes themselves.
Working through both business change and architecture activity with the technology delivery detail.
This role is for you if
You have experience of delivering technology transformation projects to retail clients.
You have proven Management Consulting experience within both Business and Technology Architecture, Operating Model Design and Data Integration.
You are a capable team leader, comfortable managing teams of consultants, analysts, technologists and third party suppliers to develop detailed solutions, costs, timescales and methods for delivery of technology solutions and change management.
You have proven People leadership and Stakeholder Management skills, commercial acumen and change management experience.
You have expert knowledge and understanding of digital trends and challenges across industries, gained through project experience, contribution to thought leadership, articles, client recommendation, etc.
