As a managed service delivery generalist at PwC, you will execute outsourced processes, such as client and customer interaction; data review, enrichment and processing; implementing and monitoring quality controls; and resolving escalations and queries.

About the role :

Join our Entity Governance and Compliance (“EGC”) team as a Global Governance and Compliance Specialist, where we have been engaged to provide governance and company secretarial support on a global basis for multinational groups, usually headquartered in the UK or US. The EGC team is a dedicated team of professionals within our Legal Operations team, which helps clients with complex business processes across several areas with specific focus on risk, legal and compliance. Our Legal Operations team is a fast-growing, exciting area so we’re looking for someone enthusiastic to join our team and help us continue our journey.

What your days will look like:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for global clients, manage day-to-day relationships, and lead a small team of junior associates.
  • Global Project Coordination: Oversee international client projects using PwC technol-ogy and networks, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and KPIs.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Track and report on compliance deadlines, prepare UK stat-utory filings, and provide regular updates to clients on global corporate activities.
  • Operational Support: Maintain legal entity databases, assist with billing and invoicing, escalate and resolve client issues, and participate in team meetings.

This role is for you if:

  • Extensive experience in corporate governance, company secretarial duties, or pro-ject/operations management within global legal or compliance environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across all lev-els, including clients and global PwC teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and the ability to thrive in high-vol-ume, deadline-driven settings.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with excellent prioritization, problem-solving abilities, and a naturally inquisitive mindset.
  • Collaborative team player, contributing positively to team dynamics and demonstrating confidence in cross-functional communication.
  • ICSA: CGI qualification or MSc Management and Corporate Governance would be ben-eficial but not a prerequisite for the role.

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
