About the role:

Within our Value Creation and Realisation (VC&R) team in Deals, we solve the important problems that stand in the way of value being created, sustained, realised or protected for our clients – working together to aid responsible recovery and growth.  We offer restructuring situational skills with functional expertise (business planning, cost reduction, cash and change management) and industry experience to our clients, helping them develop sustainable solutions.

Within the Supply Chain & Working Capital team we specialise in helping clients find solutions to both their physical logistics and balance sheet issues. These range from warehouse redesigns to stock planning strategies to order to cash cycles. 

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced supply chain professional to join the team at Manager grade.

What your days will look like:

You will be directly working with clients that face a supply chain challenge. This could require a specific, targeted solution or a wider reaching operating model redesign. 

Your work will include: 

  • Helping clients manage, develop and implement supply chain solutions, either as a standalone item or as part of a larger transformation programme 

  • Manage specific workstreams to drive solution design and assessment 

  • Undertake data analysis and modeling to design solutions and provide the appropriate evidence to support its implementation 

  • Help clients realise their supply opportunities through process redesign and, where appropriate, capital investment 

This role is for you if you have:

  • Previous experience working within supply chain, either in industry or in consulting 

  • End to end supply chain knowledge 

  • Experience within at least one of the following

    • Supply chain planning; IBP, S&OP etc 

    • Network modeling (DC location and intra-network flows) 

    • DC design and material flows 

    • Catalogue/product portfolio management 

    • Inventory management 

    • Workforce resource planning 

    • Distribution planning and routing design 

  • Strong analytical and data skills, preferably with Excel and SQL plus data visualisation skills 

  • Project and workstream planning, with the ability to clearly identify interdependencies and map timelines 

  • Implementation and change management experience
