Senior Manager - Tax Technology Products and Transformation

We are a forward-thinking consulting firm seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Manager in Tax Technology Products and Transformation. This pivotal role will integrate technical expertise with product management to deliver cutting-edge tax transformation solutions. As a leader within our Tax Technology team, you will be part of the team driving our product and service strategy, turning complex challenges into opportunities for both our firm and clients.

What your days will look like

• Collaborate with tax technical teams to identify and solve complex data and technology problems for our clients and internal stakeholders.

• Lead the design, planning, and implementation of technology solutions, using a diverse range of technology capabilities.

• Provide client perspectives, connecting the business stakeholders and their functional requirements with our teams who are architecting scalable, optimised technology solutions, focusing on web applications, middleware, and data transformation.

• Drive product success by developing ambitious visions and strategic plans aligned with Firmwide objectives, balancing value, ROI, and strategic intent.

• Maintain transparency of vision, mission, strategy, and product backlog, clearly articulating business value.

• Engage in comprehensive stakeholder analysis and management, ensuring alignment and successful communication within the firm.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning, measuring and addressing internal and external factors impacting the product.

This role is for you if

• You have significant experience in tax project and product management with a successful track record utilising best practice tools and techniques.

• In-depth experience with tax technical concepts in both indirect and direct tax contexts..

• Excellent strategic and analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.

• Proven leadership qualities with experience in Agile methodologies, capable of navigating change and risk effectively.

• Exceptional stakeholder analysis and management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and drive cross-functional teamwork.
