What your days will look like:
As a Senior Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering large-scale transformation engagements (Portfolio, Programme or Project), ensuring they drive sustainable business impact. You will play a key role in embedding a transformation-centric approach, integrating people, processes, and technology to achieve enterprise-wide objectives.
Engagement Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams across complex transformation engagements, taking full accountability for delivery and providing overarching direction, coordination, and ownership of engagements
Delivery Planning & Oversight: Develop and own structured delivery plans that align with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and transformation timelines, while overseeing budgets and financials in line with contractual agreements to ensure effective delivery through to transition and close.
Delivery Excellence: Ensure adherence to standard programme and project management methodologies and processes, driving adoption across the organisation.
Strategic Change Leadership: Support client teams in setting the strategic direction, focusing on delivering benefits through enabling change and sharing responsibility for programme delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Develop robust and trusting relationships across all lines of service and external stakeholders. Provide input into engagement reporting to facilitate engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
This role is for you if you have:
Advanced knowledge of programme and project management with significant experience as a Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager.
Strong communicator and influencer who is great at connecting the dots at the organisational, strategic, programme, and project levels.
Programme and project team leadership, with the ability to mobilise, inspire, and lead multidisciplinary teams, often composed of PwC, client, and external resources.
Business and commercial acumen, with the ability to understand the business landscape, build, shape, and manage delivery in complex and uncertain environments.
Proven experience in managing complex, high-value projects and programmes from start to closure.
Professional certifications (PRINCE2, APMP, PMP, Agile, Scrum) are beneficial but not essential
Proficient in a range of P3M tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Planview), with the ability to adapt toolsets to suit different project, programme, and portfolio environments.
Fundamental understanding of Generative AI and a strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and upskilling in this area.
