About the role

Join our Workforce Reward team and become a Reward Consultant, where you'll play a pivotal role in advising organizations on all aspects of remuneration. Our team, part of the Workforce network within our Tax, Legal, and People practice, specializes in helping clients attract and retain talent by aligning employee rewards with corporate strategy.

You'll tackle complex issues, design incentive programs, and enhance performance management. This role offers unparalleled career development opportunities as you support a diverse range of clients. If you’re passionate about strategic

What your days will look like:

  • Develop and align reward strategies with business goals on both UK and global scales, including job architecture, pay structures, and job evaluation.

  • Design and advise on incentive programs, such as annual bonuses and long-term incentive plans, while conducting remuneration benchmarking and modeling.

  • Utilize data analytics tools like Excel, PowerBi, Tableau, and Alteryx for insights, and manage client relationships with a focus on risk processes and financial management.

  • Lead project delivery and provide training for team members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and team development.

This role is for you if: 

  • Experience of working in a reward team, either in-house or within a consultancy practice 

  • Able to project manage a team including coaching and develop other members of the team 

  • Able to deliver bespoke written and oral advice to clients in a simple and impactful way 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships 

  • Strong report writing and analytical skills

  • Ability to navigate and manage conflicting demands
