About the Team
The Employee Incentives business is part of PwC's rapidly growing Workforce practice. We are currently looking for new members of the team to help advise clients on a broad range of employee share plans and cash based incentives. It's an exciting time to be part of our business as Workforce related challenges are some of the biggest issues faced by employers. Coupled with this, an increased focus on employee motivation, pay, retention and managing cost means our clients need our help.
What your days will look like
The role would be responsible for advising clients in a number of the above areas with the relevant support from more senior members of the team where needed to develop the full range of skills.
The client base spans all sectors including UK listed (PLC and AIM), global companies with US and other country listings, and unlisted (e.g. private, and equity-backed) businesses.
The scope of the role is wide and will vary depending on the needs of our clients.
As well as client delivery, the role would include assisting with client management, including risk processes, timely billing and cash collection and informal and formal training of more junior members of the team
Essential skills and experience:
Previous experience in the design, tax, financial and operational aspects of employee share plans.
The role is client facing and requires strong written and verbal communication skills, and the drive and passion to provide a high level of service.
Experience of working in employee share plans, either in-house or within a consultancy practice
Must possess either ACA/CTA Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
Able to manage own time
Able to deliver bespoke written and oral advice to clients in a simple way
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team effectively
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
What you'll receive from us:
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
