This is an entry-level role with no prior experience necessary. Our Claims Management team will provide you with all the necessary training to grow your skills and confidence.

What your day will look like:

  • You’ll also liaise closely with your team, working together to achieve the agreed Service Levels and team-wide objectives.

What’s in it for you?

  • Work towards an industry-recognised qualification - the Chartered Insurance Institute Level 3 (Cert CII) during your first two years.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the UK insurance industry and claims process.

  • Comprehensive on-the-job training and professional development.
