In deal valuation at PwC, you will focus on providing analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. You will help clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals.
Join PwC Deals Valuations as a Director in London or Manchester, leading and expanding our Valuation practice. You'll work nationally, focusing on the Southeast if based in London, or the North of England and Scotland if in Manchester. Engaging with a range of clients, from start-ups to global organizations, providing valuation support across various stages of development. Collaborating with broader Deals and Regulatory practices, including significant projects like valuations of large banks, asset managers, insurers, loan portfolios. Additionally, support our audit practice as a valuations expert for clients including FTSE 100 companies.
You have technical expertise in valuations, including shares, debt, and intangible assets, and are comfortable articulating the importance of technology and AI.
