JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role

The People Function Operations team collaborates closely with People Function leadership and the wider Business Solutions teams to deliver effective people operations and strategic projects. We are a dynamic team of five, and we are looking for a proactive Senior Associate to join us.

We are seeking a forward-thinking individual with a strong aptitude for data analysis and agility in adapting to change. Reporting to the Ops Managers, the Senior Associate will be responsible for delivering standard operational processes, conducting analysis, and monitoring activities. You will also contribute to projects that drive operational excellence and enhance our reputation for quality work.

What your days will look like:

  • Assist in standardizing and simplifying processes and policies to ensure a consistent approach to operations across the People Function.

  • Implement and maintain regular operational activities, including measurement and reporting processes (e.g., function headcount, cash spend analysis, career coach allocations, and time charging monitoring).

  • Collaborate with the People Consultant and Resourcing to manage and communicate people operations.

  • Support the preparation of annual headcount budgets and monitor performance against financial targets.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key indicators and trends, facilitating headcount management and planning.

  • Execute administrative tasks related to data management, including data entry, data cleansing, and maintaining documentation of processes and specifications.

This role is for you if:

  • You can build and develop strong relationships at all levels and work collaboratively to create value.

  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to develop and interpret financial and complex data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives and deliverables.

  • Commercially oriented, keeping commercial aspects in mind when making decisions.

  • Proven ability to self-motivate and work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
