We are building one of the most innovative and impactful transformation capabilities in Defence consulting. Leveraging our expertise in operating model design, change management, programme and project delivery, and large-scale transformation, we help Defence organisations achieve mission success through human-led, tech-powered solutions.
Taking an enterprise-wide approach to transformation, we unlock efficiencies, enhance operational effectiveness, and ensure Defence organisations deliver on their critical objectives. We tackle complex challenges, working on some of the most pressing issues facing the Defence sector today.
We are a high-performing, diverse, and collaborative team. While we have grown significantly, we are seeking exceptional individuals to join us.
What your days will look like:
As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead teams to deliver transformation programmes across the Defence sector.
Your role will include:
Designing and delivering high-profile, technology-enabled transformation programmes for UK Defence organisations.
Driving market growth by identifying opportunities and developing new transformation offerings.
Developing and applying cutting-edge tools and techniques to help clients modernise and enhance operational capability.
Managing programme economics, risk, performance, and stakeholder relationships.
Leading and mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to our growing Defence transformation community.
Expanding your own industry expertise and staying ahead of emerging trends to bring fresh insights to clients.
Acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders and fostering long-term relationships in the Defence sector.
This role is for you if:
You have proven experience in leading transformation programmes in the Defence sector.
Expertise in operating model design, programme management, change and adoption management.
Strong understanding of Defence transformation challenges and opportunities.
Ability to interpret strategic, operational, and external drivers for change and inspire stakeholders.
Experience in delivering large-scale programmes, managing budgets, and meeting timelines.
Knowledge of technology-enabled transformation, including digital and cloud solutions.
Ability to work flexibly across multiple workstreams and transformation propositions.
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
