About the Role
 

Join our fast-growing South-East Audit team at PwC as an External Audit Senior Manager. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality audits and fostering relationships with senior leaders of diverse clients, from large multinationals to innovative tech start-ups. Based in one of our five offices, you will be part of a strategic priority growth area within the UK firm.
 

What Your Days Will Look Like
 

  • You will lead large, often international, multi-location audit teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit work from planning to completion;

  • Developing and nurturing trusted senior client relationships;

  • Managing specialist teams and building consensus around conflicting views;

  • Leading complex or judgemental audit work, providing insights and clear conclusions;

  • Reviewing audit documentation and financial statements for compliance; and

  • Managing the financial and resource aspects of Audit engagements.​

This role is for you if:
 

  • Must possess a Chartered Accountant / ACA / ACCA / ICAS Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country;

  • Experienced in IFRS and/or UK GAAP and international auditing standards;

  • Strong project management skills from planning to completion;

  • Proven ability to establish positive relationships internally and externally;

  • Experience fostering a collaborative team environment and resolving issues quickly; and

  • Dedicated to self-development and innovative thinking in the digital world.
