About the role:
Join our dynamic South-East region Audit business at PwC as an Audit Manager. You’ll lead a team of forward-thinking individuals to deliver high-quality audits for a broad range of clients, from large multinationals to tech start-ups. Located across five offices, our team of over 1000 staff and Partners provides unparalleled client experience and development opportunities.

What your days will look like:
As an Audit Manager, you’ll ensure high-quality audit work from planning to completion, review financial statements, and ensure compliance with PwC and regulatory standards. You’ll build and nurture relationships, manage multi-location teams, and lead complex audit work;
Leading on the completion of areas of complex or judgemental audit work which includes the identification of issues, analysis of data, articulation of findings and the ability to draw informed conclusions;
Managing financial and resource aspects of engagements;
Acting as a mentor and coach for junior staff; and
Supporting internal projects and fostering team development.
This role is for you if:
Must possess a Chartered Accountant / ACA / ACCA / ICAS Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country;
Experienced in IFRS and/or UK GAAP and international auditing standards;
Strong project management skills from planning to completion;
Proven ability to establish positive relationships internally and externally;
Experience fostering a collaborative team environment and resolving issues quickly;
Dedicated to self-development and innovative thinking in the digital world.
