JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role:

PwC is seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Associate to join our Tender Tracker Team. This role is key to supporting the daily sourcing, circulation, and tracking of tender opportunities, helping the business win work and drive strategic growth.

You’ll be part of the Sales Enablement team within our Transformation and Services function. This team plays a vital role in enabling the business to deliver revenue growth, build stronger client relationships, and create a distinctive brand experience.

What your days will look like:

  • Manage Tender Workflow: Oversee the daily receipt, review, logging, and circulation of tender invitations, including standard processes like expressions of interest and tender retrieval via electronic portals.

  • Track and Analyse Activity: Maintain accurate circulation lists, monitor high volumes of tenders, track key actions, and identify trends to support business insights.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal teams and client procurement functions, troubleshooting queries and ensuring smooth communication.

  • Process Improvement: Identify efficiency opportunities, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support strategic workstreams aligned with team goals.

  • Team Collaboration: Work in rotation to process new tenders, assist with portal management, and share ideas to enhance overall service delivery.

This role is for you if:

  • Organisational Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships in a collaborative, virtual team environment.

  • Proactive & Independent: Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and the confidence to work autonomously and raise their professional profile.

  • Creative Problem-Solving: Innovative mindset with a focus on identifying areas for improvement and driving process enhancements.

  • Commercial Awareness: Solid business understanding, risk awareness, and experience in administrative environments; familiarity with tender tracking and Salesforce is a plus.

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
