About the role 

Join our dynamic Reward, Performance & Benefits (RPB) team as a Compensation Manager, pivotal in shaping our employee pay and bonus. You'll support on strategic projects and the annual salary review process, collaborating with senior leaders to drive impactful reward outcomes. Use your strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to support firmwide reward initiatives. What your days will look like

  • Support Annual Salary Review: Drive the process and execution of firmwide reward projects, influencing key compensation decisions.

  • Benchmarking Expertise: Support external market benchmarking efforts to maintain competitive and effective compensation structures.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse employee and market data to identify trends, perform modeling, and prepare robust pay and bonus proposals.

  • Effective Communication: Present compelling findings to senior stakeholders, shaping compensation decisions.

  • Collaborative Projects: Engage in diverse reward-related projects to enhance our compensation strategy.

  • Team Development: Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and expertise within the team.

This role is for you if

  • You have demonstrable experience with strong knowledge of best practices in reward strategies.

  • You have proficiency in Excel for complex data manipulation; familiarity with Alteryx and PowerBI is a plus.

  • You possess strong skills in drafting concise reports and influencing decisions through consultative approaches.

  • You have the ability to translate strategic directions into actionable initiatives that guide key leadership decisions.

  • You are competent in organising complex projects, managing risks, and effectively delegating tasks.

  • You are skilled in motivating team members and fostering trusting relationships for collaborative success.
