We are looking for a solutions-focused Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is excited to be at the forefront of change. If you're someone who balances strategic thinking with precision, is great with details, and can confidently liaise with individuals at all levels, this could be the perfect role for you.
What your days will look like:
Advising practice teams on independence requirements - helping them navigate regulations and structure services effectively.
Managing key independence processes ensuring seamless operational efficiency
Coaching junior team members - enhancing their knowledge, problem-solving abilities and soft skills
Working with and reporting to senior stakeholders across the firm and network
Supporting audit tenders and major transitions, advising on independence considerations during client rotations.
Collaborating with engagement teams across the firm, guiding them on non-audit services and technology tool permissibility
The role is for you if:
Strong judgment, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
Team player with ambition, self-management, and adaptability.
Knowledge of independence or conflict rules is beneficial; training provided.
Strong communicator at all levels, including delivering difficult messages to senior leaders.
Ability to build strong relationships and work proactively.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strategic thinker capable of handling complex concepts with strong project management skills and proficiency in driving projects to completion.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively and able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
