About the role

We are looking for Managers for our Corporate Tax team, handling a mixed portfolio of advisory and audit work. This role supports our Audit of Tax Specialist (ATS) Network, which aids in complex corporate audits. As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will collaborate with tax and audit staff, applying your technical skills. You will engage in training, access internal resources, and evaluate complex tax risks. The role offers a clear path to director and potentially Partner level. You'll lead advisory and audit portfolios, drive the ATS network, promote best practices, support internal training, and contribute to technology and transformation initiatives.

What your days will look like

  • Managing a client portfolio of tax advisory work, liaising with technical specialists and client teams.

  • Delivering complex audits of tax, ensuring compliance with methodologies and documentation standards.

  • Providing detailed tax advice and considering audit issues, including tax risks and the impact of changing tax rules.

  • Managing, coach, and delegate to junior team members, contributing to the development of the local/regional tax team.


 

This role is for you if

  • Must possess UK professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA/legal qualification) or international equivalent.

  • Experience in international audits, tax accounting, and providing tax accounting assistance and advice, with knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.

  • Strong understanding of audit risk, relationship building, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work on multiple client teams simultaneously, focusing on self-development and team development.
