About the role:
The world of Risk and Regulation continues to evolve in a fast moving political and commercial environment, as do the businesses it affects. We work across the insurance and asset and wealth management sectors to help our clients deal with the impact of this change by putting in place sustainable solutions.
Our team is looking for enthusiastic individuals at Senior Associate grade who have relevant knowledge of insurance or asset wealth management business models. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work across a wide range of insurance and asset wealth management engagements, interact with senior client stakeholders, and ultimately make a different to policyholders and customers alike.
What your days will look like:
You will work on a range of exciting projects across many areas of the regulatory spectrum, gaining a diverse understanding of the risks faced by firms and providing advice on innovative solutions.
Engagements typically include board effectiveness reviews, implementing risk management frameworks, capital and liquidity assessments, and Consumer Duty assessments.
You could find yourself working collaboratively on projects, often with colleagues from other specialisms, or other business units.
We will provide coaching, training and support to help you develop technical regulatory knowledge in the relevant areas.
This role is for you if:
An enthusiasm to learn about the regulatory environment relevant to insurance and asset wealth management engagements firms
Ability to manage and deliver against deadlines while working on multiple projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good relationship management skills
Some experience of problem solving
