About the role:

Join our dynamic and collaborative Client Onboarding team as a Client Onboarding Analyst, where precision, client focus, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. We’re a supportive, fast-paced group that thrives on delivering seamless onboarding experiences for our clients, ensuring every detail is handled with care and efficiency. 
 
As a Client Onboarding Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping first impressions and driving operational excellence. This role is based in Belfast, with occasional travel may be expected for meetings and team collaboration. 

What your days will look like:

As a Client Onboarding Analyst, you’ll be responsible for ensuring new clients are onboarded efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory and internal standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to gather documentation, manage timelines, and resolve onboarding queries. 

- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for new clients 

- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and readiness 

- Maintain accurate records and documentation 

- Identify and escalate potential risks or delays 

This role is for you if:

  • A Level or equivalent qualifications and GCSE Maths and English (grade C or above).
  • Basic understanding of technology (i.e. Microsoft suite).
  • A high level of attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and experience following strict processes and requirements. 
  • Demonstrate an inquisitive nature which is inclined to investigate, identify issues and solve  problems, not taking everything at face value.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage personal performance and willingness to take on board feedback, implement learnings and learn from mistakes.
