About the role
We are a forward-thinking consulting firm looking for dynamic, motivated Tax Technology Developers to join our Tax Technology team.
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic manager who has a strong understanding of analytics, transformation and reporting tools. If you have an interest in using technology to help solve complex data problems and are eager to grow and expand your knowledge within a supportive team, we would love to connect with you! We’re looking for innovative, client-facing problem solvers keen to work on delivering solutions to our clients.
What your days will look like:
Work alongside our tax technical teams to identify opportunities to help clients solve complex data and technology problems.
Participate in the design and planning of technology solutions, and contribute to proposals and strategic planning.
Work on various technology stacks including Alteryx, PowerBI, Databricks and develop your understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, C# and SQL.
Create and maintain scalable, optimized solutions.
Lead junior team members to develop functional applications, such as tax reporting tools, web applications and data transformation solutions.
Participate in the entire project lifecycle, including client conversations, business analysis, implementation, testing and deployment.
This role is for you if:
You have experience in working with tax technical concepts across indirect and direct tax.
Have worked with complex data and capturing requirements.
Have experience with desktop tools such as Alteryx and/or PowerBI and writing code with one or more of VS Code, VS Enterprise, SQL.
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, C# in .Net.
Experience in designing and deploying cloud architecture in Azure.
