JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role

The Executive Compensation business is part of PwC's rapidly growing Workforce: Reward, Employment and Pensions practice.

We are currently looking for new members of the team to help advise clients on a broad range of reward and executive compensation matters. It's an exciting time to be part of our business as Workforce related challenges are some of the biggest issues faced by employers. Coupled with this, an increased focus on executive pay by external stakeholders and increased pay governance generally, means our clients need our help.

What your days will look like:

  • Advising clients on reward strategy, including developing end-to-end practical solutions from reward design through to implementation and operation

  • Advising clients in respect of executive compensation disclosure and corporate governance, including compliance with associated regulations

  • Advising clients on shareholder consultations, including drafting associated materials

  • Providing research and data on market practice in various aspects of pay to support companies' decisions, including executive pay benchmarking

  • Supporting companies through the annual Remuneration Committee cycle, including reviewing and/or drafting associated papers

This role is for you if:

  • Experience of working in reward / executive compensation, either in-house or within a consultancy practice

  • Must possess an ACA, ACCA, CTA or ATT Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team effectively

  • Able to deliver bespoke written and oral advice to clients in a simple way

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
