About the role
Developing and maintaining employer brand content and asset creation for PwC supporting the Content and Partnerships Lead for Employer Brand. This role will involve the creation of new assets needed for all firmwide, Early Careers and Experienced Hire attraction campaigns, PwC UK Careers YouTube channel and demand from the wider business. This is a hands-on role reporting into the Content and Partnerships Lead, leveraging all of the tactics used to generate employer branding content.
What your days will look like:
Using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, such as Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition, to create video content that will be published across our careers website, social media and in third party branding campaigns
Reviewing and reporting on video engagement data across our careers website
Coordinating large scale creative projects with multiple stakeholders, managing the internal deliverables
Producing artwork to be used across all our external channels, virtual event spaces and recruitment events
Agility to travel to any of our UK office locations for filming projects
This role is for you if:
You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud platforms, particularly in video editing using Premiere Pro, and skilled in image and asset editing, preferably with Canva.
You are highly creative individual who generates ideas and comfortably shares them to enhance campaigns and strategies, tailored to different audience segments from Early Careers to Experienced Hire.
You have strong analytical storytelling capabilities, able to interpret and present data insights with industry-standard statistics and average performance comparisons.
You are highly organized and autonomous worker, adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously, with proven experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans.
You have experience adhering to established brand guidelines and ideally have experience working within a highly governed brand.
You have experience in working in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments with a passion for Employer Branding.
