  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts

  • Assist in large global group reorganisations

  • Evaluate client contracts against best practices

  • As a manager, you will have the opportunity to lead projects as well as working on larger projects with more senior members of the team

  • Act as the point of contact for clients and support on work winning activities

  • You will have the opportunity to build your own client base as the practice grows

  • Benefit from PwC's hybrid working model which includes flexible hours and the freedom to design your workday around your own, your clients' and your team's needs

This role is for you if:

  • 4 to 6 years’ PQE (we will consider candidates who are 2-4 years’ PQE but they would be brought in on a different grade).

  • England & Wales (or other UK) qualified, or with substantial experience practising in England & Wales.

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, giving commercial law advice and advising on non-contentious IP.

  • An interest in technically challenging projects.

  • An intellectual curiosity about how businesses work and what drives their value.

  • Willing to be involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients and interested in developing these skills.

  • Keen to learn how to build networks and develop internal relationships, with a view to developing your PwC brand.

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
