About the role
Our Technology Project Office is experiencing a period of sustained growth. We are seeking to recruit a number of experienced Technical Project Managers, at Senior Associate and Manager grade. The successful candidate must have strong experience managing SharePoint projects who can deliver high-risk projects of strategic importance to our clients.
Operate, Cloud, Digital and Data (CD&D) is the central function that creates and runs technology, with a key focus being on Cloud based solutions. Our Operate Business helps organisations transform and run complex operational processes that often create challenges and hinder their progress. Harnessing the power of tech and data to drive performance, Operate brings together innovative minds with a distinctive mix of subject matter knowledge and operational skills to deliver results that make the difference.
We work with some of the most recognisable organisations worldwide in delivering large scale operational programmes and managed solutions. Underpinning all of this is our commitment to ensuring people are equipped with tomorrow’s skills to drive success for our clients today.
What your days will look like:
Ownership of the project(s) throughout the full lifecycle from inception to support
Delivering against the project plan(s), mitigating against scope creep
Managing challenging Stakeholders with open collaboration with both internal and external clients
Continually identify, prioritise, and mitigate project risks and issues
Plan and prioritse deliverables and milestones, ensuring alignment with the overall project goals
Managing dependencies and resources efficiently to avoid bottlenecks
This role is for you if:
Experience managing complex technical projects
Excellent Stakeholder management
Experience in traditional (waterfall) and agile methodologies
Strong technical knowledge of any of the following strategic platforms: Oracle, SAP, SAGE, Salesforce, MD365, AWS/Google Cloud/Azure, OpenAI, Guidewire or Workday
