JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role:

Finance & Tax Solutions consists of a team of finance professionals at all levels providing operational delivery for our clients. We are responsive to client demands, your role will be varied and evolving, providing you with an opportunity to work with a wide variety of high profile clients across sectors.  


As a senior manager within the team, you will be responsible for ensuring we provide a high standard of delivery to our clients, as well as being responsible for building, growing and developing the team as our business scales. 

What your days will look like:

This role could involve management and oversight in the following areas:

  • Operational finance including: accounts payable | receivable review and management, bank reconciliations, general ledger accounting

  • Management accounting – actuals, budgets and rolling forecasts, financial control including oversight of  balance sheet reviews and involvement in period/ year end close processes

  • Financial accounting – involvement in preparation of financial statements under applicable Reporting Standards

  • Managing and coaching our managers and senior associates in their roles in delivery

This role is for you if you have:

  • Must possess an ACA | ACCA | CIMA or equivalent qualification (or an international equivalent).

  • Proven track record solutioning, mobilising and delivering finance transformation projects and transitions / managed service transitions, ideally managed service to managed service transition.

  • Experience of shared service | finance managed service | professional services or | outsourced finance | functions.

  • Detailed knowledge around finance function processes (R2R | P2P | O2C).

  • Financial management experience including financial planning and analysis, and scenario modelling

  • Experience in documenting | testing financial processes and experience of a range of ERP systems | accounting packages.

  • Leadership / Management Experience of large scale teams including performance management and coaching teams and strong project management skills including process systems hypercare.
